Returns & Exchanges

We are confidant you will love your new purchase, however we do offer an exchange on slippers within 14 days of purchase, excluding sale or final clearance items. 

In line with Australian Consumer Law, refunds will be given for faulty items. 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns so please retain your order confirmation details.

All items to be exchanged must be in original packaging, unworn with all tags and ticketing attached. 

Please email us at hello@meetmeatthemanor.com before returning your item including your original purchase details. 

Return postage is to be paid for by the sender.

Please allow approximately 10 working days for your return to reach us and note that returned items will remain the responsibility of the sender so please ensure you obtain a tracking number and proof of postage. 

Once we receive your returned item we will complete our checks and notify you on the status of your return/exchange. Standard delivery charges will apply for re-delivery. 

Refunds will only be given in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault and will be processed via the same method of the original purchase minus the shipping costs as they are none refundable.
