We pride ourselves in our efficient and careful handling of your beautiful orders and aim to despatch them within 2 business days of your order being placed.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Australian Shipping:

- Standard (3-5 business days) $14.00
Shipping to New Zealand:
- Express (5-8 Business Days) $39.00
- Standard $24 (7-12 Business Days)
Shipping to United Kingdom:
- Standard (13-25 Business Days) $39.00
Orders are despatched via Australia Post and please note these times may vary during busier and peak trading times and that there may be delays due to current Covid-19 regulations.
We are unable to offer collection at this time.
We recommend you use a delivery address where someone will be able to accept the delivery.
Meet Me At The Manor do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions for your parcel to be left in a 'safe place' we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal service, they will be held for a defined period of time for you to collect. If items remain uncollected after this time, they will be returned to us, the sender.
